Sixpenny Handley Village Hall
Sixpenny Handley's hall committee came to us with a massive list of requirements. Then the list got longer.
New Website
The village hall didn't have a website, it always relied on links from other sites. The committee was changing over and they wanted to invest so that the job of running the hall would be less arduous for the incoming committee.
We made a Wordpress website with the idea that there are enough plugins out there that we would be able to build the required functionality. Unfortunately this proved not to be the case.
Next the committee had recommendations from other village halls that they really should be using such-and-such booking systems. None of these were really very good.
In the end we spent ages searching for a solution and suggested Lemon Booking. This meant ditching the Wordpress site we had been working on.
Lemon Booking is a booking system that you add a little website to. It meets all their requirements and they are very happy with the results.
